500kg per hour biomass briquetting plant in Russia

This biomass briquetting plant is situated in Far East Russia, about 600km away from Vladivostok.

The raw material for this plant is wood, which includes white pine, birth, xylosma, etc. the processing process includes crushing, drying, briquetting and packing.

The plant is equipped with a 200kg/h blade crusher, which can directly pulverize wood less than 20cm into powder sawdust. It is also equipped with cleaning sifter, so that the pulverized wood powder can go through the sifter to be dried.

After drying process, wood powder is transmitted by crew conveyer and screw distributer to the 3 sets of wood briquetting machines, each of which has 180-220kg/h productivity. The wood briquetting machine has simple structure and low operation cost.
